Karate is an Okinawan martial art that uses a wide range of techniques to provide effective self-defense. It teaches balance and coordination and is an excellent component of an overall fitness program that can be enjoyed by the entire FAMILY. Our program emphasizes character development and adheres to the principles of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit. Established in 1983, we are proud to continue as a leader in Martial Arts Instruction.
